How do I book a private or semi-private session?
What is your cancellation policy?
Drop-in classes require a minimum of 6 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Monthly sessions are final sale once the session has started. Any adjustments must be made prior to booking. Private and semi-private in-studio sessions require 7 days’ notice for cancellations or changes.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, transfers, or extensions on class packs.
Do I need to be flexible to attend your classes?
Not at all! Our classes are open to all levels—from beginners to competitive athletes and dancers. Each session is tailored to your level, focusing on proper technique, gradual progress, and personal attention so you can safely build flexibility, strength, and mobility over time.
Where are the in-studio sessions hosted?
We currently offer in-person sessions at two locations: 📍 67 Bronte Rd, Oakville 📍 1578 Finfar Ct, Mississauga
What should I wear?
We recommend wearing close-fitting, comfortable clothing that allows for free movement. Avoid overly baggy items for your safety and to support clear instruction.
What equipment do I need for the session?
Online Sessions: Recommended items: Exercise mat (or any comfortable surface) 2 yoga blocks 1 loop elastic band 1 long, non-looped elastic band Don’t worry if you don’t have everything for your first session—your instructor will guide you through alternatives. In-Person Sessions: All props are provided. Just bring a water bottle and socks. You’re welcome to bring your own yoga mat, but it’s not required.
